How much it cost to ship?
We offer completely free shipping all over with in-country
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email automatically when your tracking number is updated and you can track it through your tracking id from our website. It will take 5-10 days to show the tracking details once the tracking id is been generated.
What are your delivery options?
We use the Bhutan Postal service for deliveries for other Dzongkhag. When the items reach your nearest post office, they will either drop your item at your address or request you to collect the item from the Bhutan post office and for other countries, deliveries will be done as per the shipping address provided.

How do I return an item?
The return should be made within 24 hours of goods received.
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact customer service prior to shipment. We will process your return issue and call you back.

How do I pay?
Mbob transfer will be the main mode of payment.
Will be the mode of payment full or partial?
Since we do not hold the inventory of any products, and we import as per our customer's request and purchase.
So, therefore, we accept only full payment.

How long does it take to deliver a product?
We will take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver
What happens if my goods are damaged?
We ensure all the products but in the rare event, we will replace or refund for the inconvenience
Can the order be expedited immediately?
Yes, we can but there will extra charges occurred for FedEx and DHL service.
